The clerk was nonchalant, with poor customer service yesterday and low key rude. Never will I go back 🙄
Naja and the other young lady with the locs & glasses were extremely polite and helpful went I went in today. Somewhat in a rush I went straight to the counter, they immediately stopped their conversation & welcomed me. I told them the two products I was looking for. One lady took me to the fragrance & got what I needed and when we got back to the counter, the other lady had all 6 options of the other product I requested. We had a lil girl talk and I was out of there in what feels like 5 minutes.
Terrible Service!!! I’ll just stick to going to the St. Louis Galleria. I went to the Sephora Bridgeton location & customer service was horrible!! I walked in circles looking for a particular product & not only was I not offered help, but they didn’t even greet me. After 15 minutes of me searching high & low and the employees gossiping at the checkout. I finally found what I was looking for on my own. I advised them at the counter no one offered to help me. I am completely appalled by the treatment I received at this location on 6/29. Disappointing customer service. Because of my sensitive skin, I always try products before purchasing them. I inquired with both women employed there today for a small sample of foundation to test out. Their behavior was unprofessional and they didn't even try to aid me in selecting the correct product. There was no line and it was empty. Regrettably, my kids were with me and holding a 30lb car seat didn't aid me.. A bit of empathy would have sure... read more
