I had two very pleasant experiences at this location recently. I purchased a few skincare items and the staff was kind and patient. I returned an item a few days later that wasn’t in the limited edition bottle I expected. The next day I couldn’t locate my debit card. The manager worked with me to check to see if it was found, and called me back promptly once she has a chance to check with the main store. My daughter and I went to exchange some perfumes for the larger size, first no one greeted us there were 2/3 woman working and about 3 customers we were at the fragrance area for a while and fi ally asked for some assistance the first lady had a shifty attitude and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered the second one was ok but when my daughter went to touch a perfume that was in the draw while the lady was trying to look if they had the size I wanted she yelled at my daughter and told her “don't touch anything in my dr... read more
