The lady working now was so help full and polite. It’s good to have someone who helps around when you don’t know stuff. She’s alone yet handled very well!!
I came in here with my two friends just so each of us could grab a couple things we needed. During this time, the lady that was “helping” us was extremely rude and passive aggressive. She acted as if we were stupid and inconveniencing her when we needed help. She was barely any help at all. I ordered from Sephora. I had an issue with my packages going missing. In fact, they were stolen. Contacted Sephora for help. They told me that they would not refund me or replace the stolen items. Now i'm out over $700.00! Because I don't have a purchase history. I suggest going to the store in person. None of this was even written down anywhere on their website either.
