The customer service at this location is kinda bad. I’ve dealt with rude, argumentative staff, and one employee even told me, “You need to worry about your skin before you come in here with drama.” Just because I corrected her about a foundation. It made her upset. The other staff got made because I(the customer)taught her how to issue a refund. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. she lucky she didn’t say that outside of Kohl’s
I had a bad experience at a different location and came to the Sephora in Kohls. Frankie was so friendly and super helpful! Took her time and educated me on each product. Thank you Frankie (:
Today I visited the store, and the associate who assisted me, Kita, was extremely helpful. She was nicely dressed, representing the store and the brand very well. Her positive attitude was warm and welcoming. She responded to my questions in a way that helped me quickly find the shade and product I needed. As always, I will be back to this location.
