I love the customer service there
I was interested in a certain lip butter so I opened the box before purchasing just to make sure it was what I wanted (not breaking a seal or damaging anything) and the associate (working July 9th around 6pm) rudely told me "we advise not to open things that aren't on display and I'm gonna ask you to give that to me" and then shook her head after taking it from me as if I'm a child, and again I didn't break a seal or apply it to my body nor was I going to, I was simply viewing before purchasing what was going to be over $100... read more
Matt helped me find the perfect shade match for the Fenty foundation! This was the best experience I have ever had at a Sephora, he was so informative and friendly. My boyfriend couldn’t even tell that I had foundation on!
Been counting down the days till I can go! The good OL EX got me a 50 dollar card, hopefully they still got me on the bday gift lol
