They're by far an extremely busy store, however, their personable customer service definitely changes the entire experience for you. I am always greeted when I come in, even when they're busy, and they set realistic expectations for trying to attend to each customer well. All I can say is ASAL! She is a beautiful young lady who patiently took her time to identify what products I should use for my oily, blemish-prone skin which has been breaking out. I decided on Dr. Murad's AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser and Paula's Choice skin perfecting exfoliant. Not to mention, I saw her deal with an irate customer who was very rude. I had a great experience at the Sephora in Milestone Shopping Center. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a solid selection of products in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, and I appreciated how quick the checkout process was. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish there had been more shade options available in a few foundations I was interested in. Still, it's a reliable location and I’ll definitely be back.
