They never answer the phone
Every time I go in to the Kyle location I’m never greeted or asked if I need help. They are rude and you have to speak to them to even be acknowledged. Plus I’ve been to this location multiple times and it never fails to be out of stock, they’re always out of stock of items.
This Sephora has everything except what you need. I've been at this location multiple times to buy fragrances and they almost never have them. If you're out of the fragrance, please take the tester off the shelf.
Excellent customer service at Sephora, especially from Gabriella. She's very knowledgeable and takes her time to recommend good products. Always very happy to come back and have Gabby help me.
