Shout out to Jocelyn! What a cool chic and she was so helpful!!! I have a skin condition and she sent out of her way to show me the foundation and applied them. They were out of the first yeo. She can ssidy more than one customer at a time and knows her products. I owned a business and know that she is total management material. I hope they keep her because she has the best personality for customer service. I felt like a valued customer and she took the time to help me. Awesome job Jocelyn! Keep up the great work. You rock,!

My first time coming to this Kyle location in Kohl’s. I normally go into Austin but since i live in Kyle why not. There was almost no ppl there, I wasn’t greeted. Looked around trying to find a specific fragrance, I finally found it. Went to the register waited about 5 minutes while watching the staff “stock” the shelves. If you ever gone inside a Sephora store you know they always greet as soon as you enter and ask if there’s anything in particular you’re looking for. I moved here 6 months ago and never had customer service at any Sephoras I had ever been to until I went to this location. I am 65 yrs old and wasted so much money over the years on makeup! The guy that helped me was Cory. He approached me and asked if I needed help right away! Wow, he was so knowledgeable and professional! I was so impressed I went back for several other items and he took so much time with me suggesting what would look best on me, but never pushy! I am very satisfied with everything I bought.
