I walked into this Sephora looking for a certain product. Not once did an employee asked me if I needed help even though I'm obviously lost. They were talking about nonsense and ignored me the entire time. At one point, one of the employees noticed a young lady (a different race than me) and assisted her. I left and won't be returning.
We went for buying a foundation for my teenager on 3/24/25 around 5:30pm and we were shade matching ourselves. There was a sephora employee named Alehandria (petite and slim) who came for help. She was trying to be nice to my daughter but was very rude to me. My daughter wanted my opinion and whenever I tried to say something she cut me off and subtly tried to imply to my daughter that her mother doesn’t know anything and she should do what she wants. Terrible customer service. Was standing in line for 5 minutes and took another customer in front of me. I get being busy and helping other people but when I’ve been waiting is kinda crazy.
