Was not able to purchase here due to store not allowing purchases without signing up for an account. App didn’t accept my email so employee told me I was SOL
I went into Sephora to buy some items for my granddaughter for Christmas, and this young lady associate named Salma could not have been nicer very knowledgeable and very, very nice .. She definitely helped me through everything I needed and I would recommend going there and dealing with Salma.
OMG what is up with the staff?! TERRIBLE energy here! Employees are so standoffish and one gave me the stank eye when I asked if they carried a certain brand there. I was tailed multiple times around the store and one employee peeked into my purse when she thought I wasn’t looking. It seems like customer service is not the right job for these ladies. Ulta isn’t the best either but they are actually try and be nice to patrons. Do better Sephora employees. Old orchard location is not that great either.
