I went to Sephora around 6–7 PM on August 30 to buy a perfume as a gift for my friend. However, the experience was very disappointing. The staff could not open the perfume box, and for some reason, the Sephora employees left, leaving someone from another store to manage the situation. After nearly 10 minutes, no one was able to open the box, and in the process, the packaging of the perfume became dented and damaged. We had a great experience shopping at this Sephora location inside of a kohls store. It offers many lines from the standalone Sephora store and has the benefit of double scoring Kohls reward points. We found the makeup item wanted for my daughter and incidentally my younger one flew her ballon to the ceiling and the store associate nicely offered a bench so we can get it down. We appreciate the friendliness of the service and the high-quality product, and had a great shopping experience.
