went inside sephora and was giving a hard time about an item i wanted to exchange, she told me i had to return then rebuy the item, which is confusing because when i put email in you found the item i purchased. I was treated like a criminal i’ll never go back to this store again !!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
