I called to get a color match and was told to come in. The two girls working were putting on makeup and scrolling social media. They saw me for a good 10-15 minutes from an adjacent aisle as they continued their conversation about their personal lives and algorithm, refusing to make bare minimum eye contact. They didn’t ask if I needed help, kept side eyeing me, then offered help to a woman who walked in shortly after that. I left and took my holiday shopping to Ulta.
Great Sephora. Doesn't have as many supplies as a Sephora out of Kohl's, but I'm always impressed with the employees. I always wait until Thursday to get my beauty supplies because Maizi and Rebecca work that day, and they're incredible. Not only helpful but just genuinely kind and beautiful people
I’m super unfamiliar with the products sold at Sephora and don’t have time to watch YouTube reviews/TikToks on the latest and greatest trendy skincare products. She was incredibly helpful and insightful in hand picking products that would be beneficial to me and my husband. I am so grateful to have had her assistance and will definitely be back to find her as I continue to add to my skincare routine with products from here. Thanks again, Maizi!
