I got SUCH great help by one of the employees here! Sooo wish I had gotten her name to shout her out, but the dark skinned gal gave me so much good, knowledgeable assistance. I don't wear makeup, and am getting married so I am starting to learn and find products to use. But she helped me find exactly what I was looking for, thoroughly explained everything to me in a way easy to understand, and gave a full, simple tutorial on how to use my new lip stain. Such a great gal who deserves recognition!

This Sephora at Kohl’s has the worst customer service. The ladies working here have no respect to their customers and they are not friendly at all. Their service is very uninviting and not helpful one bit. They just want to make a sale in regardless of what the customer’s needs are. The manager at this Kohl’s is not helpful either. I will not be shopping at this Sephora and this Kohl’s anymore.

I see I lot of customer service complains! Yes they need to train their staff. I walk in ask the worker what was best and while I was waiting for the product, she told me to put back the other product! Like I’m not your employe! That’s her job! And even left and have to wait for the other worker to help me. What an expensive place to have employees with no profecionalism and customer service. Also, this other worker was nice, took the time and seems to care.

I don’t like this Sephora. The employees are super pushy about getting your information. They then signed me up for Kohl’s rewards without my permission. If you are signing someone up for a rewards program you need to be transparent about what you are doing. The employees also don’t pay any attention to the customers in the store and you have to walk around and find them to be able to check out.

The employees are kind and friendly and try to help helpful, but the store itself is disgusting. Truthfully, unsanitary to test any of their products. Exposed testers covered in a good layer of dust dirt and hair. Broken samples and sparse, messy shelves. Maybe they’re renovating soon? Idk but Sephora was having a huge sale on the Sephora brand products - at least tidy those aisles??? Grossed me out.
