I have been a customer of Kohl's for years and have never been as disgusted with the service as I was today. My pregnant wife and children wanted to make a purchase and was harassed by your sales associate. As she attempted to pay the associate leaned over the counter to look in her wallet at her drivers license and then accused her of fraudulently using the Kohl's Credit Card.
