I went to the Sephora at Kohl’s in Springhurst not once but twice on Monday! Each time no one grew me or asked if I needed anything and I was there quite a while. All of the employees were consumed in their personal conversations! I was shopping for several items that I will purchase somewhere else! I won’t be back!
I was at Sephora today with my friends, and an older woman with gray hair made us feel very uncomfortable by repeatedly staring at us and making rude comments. I’m not sure what her name was, and I’m also not completely sure who the comments were directed toward, but the interaction felt disrespectful and upsetting. Will not be returning.
My wife loves it
