I’ve never been to this location before but I called to check if they had a product in stock and the beauty advisor that answered the phone was extremely rude for no reason, I could tell she was annoyed to have answer the phone. Stop hiring people who lack basic customer service skills. This is a beauty store employees are supposed to be friendly and welcoming and she was the complete opposite. I’m glad I called before wasting my time going in the store.

I go to this Sephora often. I love shopping with the girls. This is the first time I encountered the cashier Gabi and she was extremely rude. I spent $1,000 at Sephora this month and at least $800 at that store and I’m so tempted to pack everything up bring it there and return it. Gabi would not let me shop comfortably like she was watching me and when I mentioned I had an exchanged her attitude soured. Great customer service from Both reps. Nicole was really helpful and friendly. I watched her go up to each person and ask if they needed help. 10/10 recommend
