There was product that was 50% off, and the salesperson clearly explained that it was half price. However, a short black woman said in a discriminatory manner that she would not sell it to me. I was clearly discriminated against.
All the fragrances are locked up like a CVS in a bad area. This requires an employee to unlock cabinets and fish around searching for a bottle to sample. One after another after another. Imagine spending 15mins just to sample 4-5 scents. I gave up and went to Ulta. The best part was the Sephora employee purring, “Do you like it, do you love it, do you wanna buy it?” after producing each sample. That was outright hilarious until it wasn’t.
