Went in to buy a body wash I knew I wanted to get and at checkout I was asked if I had an account. I said no but my daughter has one and my comment was completely ignored. Once I left the store, I noticed on the receipt that there was a rewards ID and a name below with the comment „thanks for being a Kohl’s card holder and Kohl’s rewards member“. I assumed the sales associate is putting purchases on her account to get points and rewards?
Poor stock. Disorganized. Upsold larger volume cologne without being told.
The Sephora girls helped me out and even helped me save almost $40 on a cologne. The customer service person in the store is meeeeh.
Kyla is amazing! She was so nice and extremely helpful. She took the time to thoughtfully color-match me to a foundation and then walked me through the process of applying it, products she recommended in the process, etc. I ended up buying everything she recommended because she won my trust from the start. This employee is GOLD!!! I will be back because of Kyla. She was absolutely lovely to work with, and I have not found that level of service in a long time. Thank you!!
Brought my daughter in to spend her gift card today and we were blown away by the outstanding customer service! I wish I got her name! The service provided was friendly, professional, and made my daughter’s day! Thank you
