Normally my experience in any Sephora is good. However yesterday was definitely the most disappointing experience I have ever had at any Sephora in all my years shopping at Sephora. It was around 3:30. There was one employee working. And for most of my time I was the only customer. I was in to buy a new skin tint serum and had questions about two specific brands- Ilia and Merit. Went in to buy a body wash I knew I wanted to get and at checkout I was asked if I had an account. I said no but my daughter has one and my comment was completely ignored. Once I left the store, I noticed on the receipt that there was a rewards ID and a name below with the comment „thanks for being a Kohl’s card holder and Kohl’s rewards member“. I assumed the sales associate is putting purchases on her account to get points and rewards?

The Sephora girls helped me out and even helped me save almost $40 on a cologne. The customer service person in the store is meeeeh.

Kyla is amazing! She was so nice and extremely helpful. She took the time to thoughtfully color-match me to a foundation and then walked me through the process of applying it, products she recommended in the process, etc. I ended up buying everything she recommended because she won my trust from the start. This employee is GOLD!!! I will be back because of Kyla. She was absolutely lovely to work with, and I have not found that level of service in a long time. Thank you!!
