I got all that I was looking for.
This Sephora location was terrible. I have never received such an attitude from a cashier for saying “that’s okay! No thank you!” To not wanting to sign up for a rewards account. And then after having another associate, come up and try to push the account on me more, asking me again if I wanted to sign up for rewards. They were extremely rude, and I will never go back.
Exceptional customer service, pleasant, friendly, and kind Sephora agent! Although this Sephora did not have the product my mom was looking for based on the size of this particular store. The agent smiled beautifully as she cleaned a makeup brush and gave mom and I the necessary information we needed.
