I was so excited when they opened here! I have shopped at the store twice. They have a lot of people “working” but I don’t believe that actual customer service is part of their job description. I needed help with a color match and had to ask for it. I waited about six minutes and was completely ignored. I normally only review the good stuff, but I have to say that I left that store feeling completely invisible. Sephora should work on training their staff to excel at customer service.

This location sometimes has the items we're looking for (sadly, it's picked over most of the time) and service/personnel is sparse. It's not really as enjoyable to shop here as a full fledged store. The Los Gatos Sephora also seems to have limited stock but the service is ALWAYS great. Hoping the Capitola location steps it up a bit and soon!

the customer service is pretty good, although there is often 1 or 2 workers there, and they usually keep everything in pretty good stock. i will say sometimes you wait for awhile before they can check you out but it’s pretty good. nice to finally see a sephora here!

Horrible customer service at this location. The gal with the butterfly tattoo won’t be helpful. It’s worth the drive to monterey for the service.
