Rude employees. They didn’t offer assistance or even bother giving me a bag for the $40 foundation I bought (despite arguing with me to put my email in to complete the purchase even though I don’t shop here often). Such an unwelcoming experience by them (and the other customers…..).
I’ve been to this store on various occasions, to look for lipstick, perfume, gifts, etc, and not once did either of the two associates come over and try to assist. They were not occupied with other customers, nor were they doing anything in particular around the store - they just did not want to come over to help. At one point I asked for where a few of my favorite products were located and they claimed not to stock any of the items I listed. Varieties of colognes. Friendly staff.
This Sephora tucked inside Kohl’s is a hidden gem of Mount Kisco. Zero chaos, calming, usually empty with really nice people working there, it’s the one Sephora I go to for anything - cleaners, samples, travel-sized lotions etc. 5 stars!!!
