Went to Sephora at the Kohl's store in Columbia, Mo. Purchased an item. Since it was my birthday I was supposed to receive a gift. They, of course had none. There were two other people there who were also entitled to receive a gift. We were told to go to the website and get a gift there. I see no where where there is a way to get a "free" gift. are we supposed to pay the shipping to have it sent to us. What a rip off. And while I am at it, very often I find a product I would like and they are out of it and I'm told to buy it... read more
