I had such a wonderful experience with Lea Williams, the manager at Sephora inside Kohl’s. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Lea goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed, valued, and confident in their purchases. Her excellent leadership and commitment to outstanding customer service truly stand out. Sephora and Kohl’s are very fortunate to have her as a manager. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Lea!
Employees not motived to help, have to ask for help when employees are just standing around. Makes the interaction feel like they are just here for a paycheck at the end of the week and not really here to help people find make up products that best suits individuals. You would find more friendly individuals at Ulta ngl
Big lady always has an attitude which is why I prefer to shop online.
