As a teenager I’ve never bought anything from Sephora, but today was the 1st day I bought something from there. The cashiers there were so rude & not nice. They were giving me and my friends dirty looks & started saying mean things. Ik that many teenagers goes in there & play with the makeup, but it’s the fact that it was my first time purchasing something & I had a bad experience. The cashier was so quiet and gave no interest of care or not even a single smile to me. She looked tired of me and when I asked for her name, she didn’t even care to say a single word. When she asked me questions, I had to ask her to repeat for me because she was too quiet. At least I had a 20% discount. 🤷‍♀️

Hi I absolutely love this Sephora!!! Danielle or daniyle was very rude when I went in to go return my product she even chucked my return back towards me when I went to leave after telling me she couldn’t return my product, wonderful service!
