I went to the Sephora located inside Kohls in Maplewood. There were 2 ppl working. One was ringing up customers. The 2 guys came up to the counter the 2nd sales person went up to ring. I was next in line. After ringing up the guys. The 2nd sales person saw me but left the register. She came back to put an item on the back counter. Saw me as I was still waiting to be rang up next. Really bad customer service. The staff was rude and dismissive
As a teenager I’ve never bought anything from Sephora, but today was the 1st day I bought something from there. The cashiers there were so rude & not nice. They were giving me and my friends dirty looks & started saying mean things. Ik that many teenagers goes in there & play with the makeup, but it’s the fact that it was my first time purchasing something & I had a bad experience. The cashier was so quiet and gave no interest of care or not even a single smile to me. She looked tired of me and when I asked for her name, she didn’t even care to say a single word. When she asked me questions, I had to ask her to repeat for me because she was too quiet. At least I had a 20% discount. 🤷♀️
