This is a horrible waste of retail space. For all the lights and marketing, this location is grossly understaffed, lacking diverse merchandise, lines, or colors. Most of the products are the social media hyped generic items. The staff while overflowing with false or shallow energy are largely not helpful. When presented with most questions, with in store suggestions or online referrals they just recommend you go to to a FULL SIZED STORE ELSEWHERE . THEN WHAT IS THE PURPOSE? I really love this location and great customer service when I go. The only flaw to this particular location is that it is not a full Sephora store and hence only has a limited selection. Overall, friendly, knowledgeable employees, clean, and again personally love the location.
