Roshi was very helpful and knowledgeable! I had to get new foundation, concealer, eyeshadow palette, mascara, and lipstick. My current collection was over 3 years old so it was best to get some new products. She even suggested an eyebrow gel to define my eyebrows instead of me using the eyeshadow palette. I also showed her a picture of my Grandma that has a combination of hyperpigmentation/vitiligo and she recommended a cc cream for her and a concealer.
I visited on Saturday to ask about a foundation, but I had forgotten that a certain brand isn’t sold at Sephora. I apologized for the confusion, but then both staff members began mocking me and giving me rude looks. Their behavior was unprofessional, and the customer service was extremely disappointing.
Celina was incredibly kind! She answer my questions thoroughly and helped me as well as making small talk. So sweet! She knew the store like the back of her hand
There is one woman here that is so incredibly rude. The younger girls are great, but she is a nightmare to deal with. I avoid this Location now because of her.
