Wendy was amazing!! I've been looking all over for my foundation as I have a big life event and didn't realize I was so low on foundation, but also don't have enough time to order. I went to other Sephora locations but no one had my color. Although the Paso Sephora didn't have the correct color either, Wendy was warm and kind and offered me a sample of my foundation (which no other Sephora location did for me). She was so helpful- thank you Wendy!!
It is great to have a Sephora in Paso. Agree it was initially frustrating when i was not able to return an item due bought at the SLO Sephora however it made sense as the operate on 2 separate systems. They have most of the popular products and the staff has been knowledgeable and provided great service.
an old lady who works there is very unhelpful and needs to mind her business, she makes many people uncomfortable and tries gaining people’s names through the “Sephora rewards” to catch people who “steal” meanwhile they don’t. Very racist and needs to be fired!
BEWARE, if you use a Sephora gift card. They don’t tell you, but, if you use a Sephora gift card you can only return for a kohls gift card and you cannot use the funds for a Sephora stand alone store, only kohls. The ladies at the store are kind, however, the managers were unhelpful and honestly felt rude
