I don’t understand why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve only had awesome experiences. I only remember one name - Melinda but she was so helpful and helped me get a good deal, and the other time I went there, this other older lady knew EXACTLY the products I needed. I told her what I was looking for and she knew literally the perfect products I’ve been searching so long for. It’s like she read my mind. I love this place I am such a hesitant buyer but Melinda just knew exactly how to sell me stuff and I’m satisfied
I will give this location 2 stars even though they deserve 1, because they always have a lot of product in stock. However, the employees are just not nice. I won't fully blast this woman although I know her name, but I walked in with a smile today to return some items. I gave my items to her and she asked if I bought them at a Sephora Kohls or a regular Sephora, to which I said regular. Her next response "well then I can't help you". I was actually taken aback.
