I’ve always had good interactions with everyone at this Sephora at kohls but Monday morning, August 17, was very different. It was actually my first time interacting with this associate and she was very rude and dismissive when I asked questions. I shop here regularly so it was honestly disappointing to have such a negative interaction.
The ladies who work here are always so sweet. There's a British (?) girl who is so bubbly and cute and also Kassandra is so helpful.
Love the selection
I had an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Liz! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect cologne. Her customer service was top-notch and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Liz if you visit!
