Bri is phenomenal. She was patient with my very rambunctious 4 year old (just having one of those days...) she was considerate of my skin care goals and recommended 2 products. She did not make me feel any pressure to buy, and was understanding when I was like at the price. I will be going to her exclusively in the future. rude customer service, we went up to the check out and they pretended they didn’t even see us and when we confronted one of the workers about the treatment he responded with “I didn’t see you”. Absolutely inappropriate behavior and treatment, will not be going back here again if I could put a lower rating I would.
Rude , called to ask if something was in stock didn’t even bother to go and check , and responded rude .
Tell me why they ran out of all birthday samples for the month of October on the 12th?? Also why is there only one person working there at a time? She can’t help all five people at once so we are all waiting around for her help.
