The employee seems very off, difficult for no reason. Why are you forcing me to enter an email. I don't activity use an email. She demand that I needed it to make the purchase. Then proceed to tell me I couldn't return an item unless the email goes in. No greeting, no have a good day. I don't understand. If you don't like your job, find another one. I have never experienced this type of service before a sephora.
Daussani at this Sephora is everything that Sephora is supposed to be. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST - patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. if she's not there I come back when she is.

I just left Sephora, and I must say my experience was far from great. I was searching for a specific brand and form of skin tint, but the associate who was helping me kept walking away and disappearing. It really affected my experience. I've been to several Sephora locations, and this has been my worst visit so far.
