I came in to return or exchange a product, but the item I wanted wasn’t in stock and I chose not to have it shipped. While being helped, I overheard an associate say, “that’s not our problem,” to another coworker and then go quiet when I walked over. It made me feel uncomfortable. The cashier was also very unfriendly — no greeting or thank you. Overall, the customer service was poor, and it’s a location I won’t be returning to.

First time in there and I was looking for a specific lipstick color. I was completely lost. Nobody came to help me and the store only had me in it. I had to go and get help. Didn't find the lipstick, but she was very helpful. Then I wanted a blush but she just pointed where to go and then split. After I found a blush, I needed a new brush and again I had to wait around and hunt down help. Not so impressed. Makeup good quality.

This place is dirty. No testers. They do not carry a lot of brands in this store that the other sephora does. And products are constantly out of stock and take a while before they are restocked! We need a separate sephora like ulta.

My girlfriend and I went to the Sephora at Kohl’s in Santa Maria ca around 4:45 pm 3 associates working and for the 2nd time in a row nobody offered help or any type of customer service 3 girls just behind the register talking for like 10 minutes. Please resolve this . Poor customer service.

I came in last night looking for foundation and Brittney was the sweetest she helped me look and she showed me other products to try out we need more people like her! Will definitely be coming back
