I went into Sephora to do an exchange and buy something today and was greeted by Casper. Wow, was she extremely helpful and knowledgeable on products I was asking about. She’s very customer service oriented and greets you with a smile. This is the first time I’ve gotten amazing customer service from any worker at this location. Higher ups @ Kohl’s, you need to hire more people like her and give her a raise! This is what customer service should be like! ✨5 ⭐️ service✨

The young lady that was working today around 9am was really sweet and helpful. She helped me color match and for once... my foundation matches perfectly! She deserves her flowers.

I came in to return or exchange a product, but the item I wanted wasn’t in stock and I chose not to have it shipped. While being helped, I overheard an associate say, “that’s not our problem,” to another coworker and then go quiet when I walked over. It made me feel uncomfortable. The cashier was also very unfriendly — no greeting or thank you. Overall, the customer service was poor, and it’s a location I won’t be returning to.

First time in there and I was looking for a specific lipstick color. I was completely lost. Nobody came to help me and the store only had me in it. I had to go and get help. Didn't find the lipstick, but she was very helpful. Then I wanted a blush but she just pointed where to go and then split. After I found a blush, I needed a new brush and again I had to wait around and hunt down help. Not so impressed. Makeup good quality.

This place is dirty. No testers. They do not carry a lot of brands in this store that the other sephora does. And products are constantly out of stock and take a while before they are restocked! We need a separate sephora like ulta.
