The staff was so friendly Gisella’s customer service skills are top tier . She helped me find everything I needed from fragrances to makeup. Me and my children were treated with respect and she was so kind. I definitely will be coming back 1000/10 THANK YOU
Maybe Hayley was having a bad morning. At 11am, I stopped in to see if the Okemos location carries Kate McLeod. I couldn’t have felt more dismissed by Hayley. She was rude and unhelpful. I am a skin care junkie and likely would have bought something as an alternative. You lost a potential customer, and Hayley should have a C/S discussion with her management team.
Very good, sales were amazing, staff was very helpful
I went in new to make up and to purchase products to learn how to do makeup. Saw a worker and admired her make up look, so I went up to ask if they offer classes on how to do make up. Laughed at me and said ummmmm no then proceeded to make fun of me to her co worker for asking for help. I was horrified
