I went in new to make up and to purchase products to learn how to do makeup. Saw a worker and admired her make up look, so I went up to ask if they offer classes on how to do make up. Laughed at me and said ummmmm no then proceeded to make fun of me to her co worker for asking for help. I was horrified
Saniya went above and beyond to help me with my needs! She’s truly amazing!
Refused to return my product purchased from another location even though I had the receipt. Workers were “too busy” to offer help and I had to hunt them down to ask and they seemed annoyed that I was bothering them. Will stay away from this location.
the sweetest people and the sweetest workers ever! girl who helped me was named audrey/ aubrey and she was so nice and so welcoming… would definitely come back bc the service is wonderful.
Horrible customer service. Made me feel like i would of been wasting her time if I needed help. The vibe I got. Never again will I shop there.
