Ursula is the freaking BEST!! She walked me through the entire store, picked out products that would be best for me because I’m clueless on how to do makeup, applied it, and was extremely patient with me! I would go here over and over again because of her. There were a couple other gals there helping others that were sweet as can be, too, but Ursula really cared about my needs and catered to me. ♥️
Jovelyn at the Sephora was so helpful and such good energy. My favorite interaction with a stranger in a while!

Was on hold for over 17 minutes with no resolution. The line got picked up multiple times and put back on hold every time. The last time it was picked up I begged them to not put me on hold again yet, to at least do the walkie talkie thing to make sure someone was at the desk they were going to send me to.
