When the store first opened the customer service was 10/10. Today was a whole different story I went in to look for a certain product and a girl who was a manager maybe? Argued up and down with me over other products being limited edition, all I wanted to know was if they had a certain scent. This is the worst customer service i’ve ever received at a high end makeup store. I went in ready to spend a couple hundred dollars because my daughters and i had an upcoming event. We were ignored and the customer service reps wouldn’t help us find the products we were searching for, I guess tik tok was more important.I found my foundation which was in stock, but they were out of stock on the foundation my daughter picked out.
