I bought cologne here and was unsure if I wanted the one I chose. The sales person told me not to worry, that I could bring it back to exchange if I tried it out and did not like it. When I brought it back the manager said they could not find it in the system and contradicted what her sales staff stated in order for me to buy the cologne. The manager said there was nothing she could do and was extremely unhelpful. I am very dissatisfied with this place and will not be going back.
Way to expensive for me
I usually love Sephora; I understand that what i am over paying for is a higher class product and an educated, friendly experience. The products were in light disarray. The shelves needed a good wipe down. The younger members of staff at this location do not represent the Sephora staff I am accustomed to. They come across lazy and slightly rude when you ask them a question. Maybe fire them and bring in more easily trained, less entitled personnel.
