Honestly one of the most disappointing Sephora experiences I’ve had. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. Employees were behind the register on their phones, more focused on laughing and scrolling than acknowledging customers. I asked for help finding a product, and one employee did assist me initially and said she would “check in the back.” She then left me standing there for 5 minutes and never returned with an answer or any update.
