I love shopping at this Kohl's. They typically do a great job. However, last trip there, the customer service clerk was not knowledgeable about the policies, and I ended up buying a towel I didn't want to get $10 more in Kohl's cash, and my purchase still wasn't eligible because of the sales tax. Customer service rep had told me that buying the towel would put me over the limit to receive more Kohl's cash -- it didn't!
Difficult to find what you're looking for. Selection at other Kohls seems to be better.
