This is the most unwelcoming Sephora location I’ve ever been to. I understand that many of the staff are younger, but the customer service was disappointing. No one greeted me, offered assistance, or made me feel welcome. It honestly made me wonder if this is what customer service has become with our generation. A friendly attitude and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, this location was lacking both.
Nothing is ever in stock. I’m gonna need these workers to get off their high horse. You work in a Sephora in Waco at kohls. Don’t throw things to me across the camera and stop calling me “love” “girlie”. I’d rather pay the annual fee and just get same day shipping than goodness.
I went to see if the new Phlur scent was in. I was looking for Mrs. Smith too, but I don't think this location ever carried it. However ☝🏽 Missing Person and Father Figure... came in 🔥 I'm obsessed! I got this cream by the Ink List. Omgee That stuff makes you look awake. Overall it was a productive trip
I literally walked around the store, looking for assistance and was ignored.
