Had a wonderful woman named Allie help me find some wonderful fragrances, she was incredibly sweet, friendly and helpful.
I bought a new product to try out and I hated it. Not even 2 weeks later, I come to return or swap out for a different product (without the receipt). The return policy literally says no receipt, no problem. On top of that, you can see my proof of purchase on my Sephora account. However, the return was not able to be processed simply because I paid in cash. Not everyone uses a card so I have to be singled out completely as a paying customer for that? Why? I had a good experience today. I usually don't wear make up anymore but we have some family coming to visit so I wanted to buy some. I always used to buy from Sephora but up in DFW metro area where we used to live. I went into the Waco location inside of kohls where we now live and I was looking for a specific product I could not find. On 7/20/24 around 11 am, my daughter and I went to Sephora in Waco (Kohls). The lady that checked us out was so helpful and kind! I wish I remembered her name. She took the time to label the products in the order my daughter should use them. The other cashier was also very friendly and greeted everyone in the store. Highly recommend!
