Was totally ignored by staff (3 working, 1 other customer in store). Found product I came in for and went to the register, the cashier continued to ignore me standing there then finally asked another person to ring me up and walked away. Another employee came and I move to her register. I believe she is new as she asked another employee to watch her do the transaction. Stopped in for a Christmas wish list, I don't typically shop here. They made it so easy for me to find everything on my list and explained everything. They even had a sale at time that I had no idea, so saving a percentage OFF...was a nice Christmas gift to consumers. I even picked up the $20 hand sanitizer sprays for $7. Holiday scents. I absolutely will be back. The Sephora Men's sample cologne that comes with a voucher for a full size bottle, is by far the best deal! $125 cologne for $78 after coupon!
It wasn't the experience I was hoping for. The ladies seemed annoyed that they have to go to the back to retrieve product. It's not the customer service I'm used to at lynnhaven Mall. However, the good thing was that the perfume was $10 less. They could use a little work in the JOY department
