Kohl's cashier ripped gift card numbers off when peeling back the membrane that covers the redemption code. Invited the manager into the conversation. They refused to help solve the problem. Store would not take responsibility for their actions. Tried online Sephora but they kept claiming you go back to the store and policy, policy, policy. Buyer beware.
