Very rude employees. Did not greet any customers or ask if I needed anything. Staff at the counter were not friendly either. Teach your employees customer service skills.
Kohl's cashier ripped gift card numbers off when peeling back the membrane that covers the redemption code. Invited the manager into the conversation. They refused to help solve the problem. Store would not take responsibility for their actions. Tried online Sephora but they kept claiming you go back to the store and policy, policy, policy. Buyer beware. Nice, but less room for clothes.
Very helpful staff
Parking lot was not cleared like other lots and once inside checkout clerks wanted to visit with each other and let coworker take care of the line. Very sad on the day after a holiday.
