The staff here hasn’t been the best but the last time was kind of my final straw with them. I wanted to get a few things during the sale so while I was in the same shopping center as the Kohl’s I looked online to see if they had them in stock (which they did.) I had the most wonderful experience tonight. A young lady named lily, walked over and asked if she could assist me. She was so helpful and so kind! I would show her the picture on my cell phone of what my grandchildren wanted, and she took me directly to it. She was so personable and pleasant and didn't make me feel like a burden! AMAZING customer service and expertise! Jennifer helped me. I have been coming to Sephora for years. There are a lot of great stores, and Jennifer made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Sephora!! Everyone at this location is super sweet, knowledgeable and its clear that the team works really well together!
Worst Sephora ever omg the staff are not friendly idk if it’s because I’m black or what but I notice their more friendly to others also they never have nothing I’m looking for they won’t even check to see I hate it there I won’t ever go back
