0 stars if I could. 2 girls standing there talking to each other today. Didn't ask if I needed help. Asked her a question about a product that the shelf was empty - told me she didn't know. Worst place. Go to Ulta, very friendly and helpful. 2nd time this has happened. These girls in there have an attitude. Wont return.

I just had the single worst Sephora and shopping experience of my life at this location. First of all, it's inside a Kohl's. So they don't have any of your Beauty Insider info saved, and you have to retell it to them, though I've been one for 15 years. They were fully out of at least half the items I wanted. There were three people working in there resetting the displays, not helping customers, yet I was waiting 15 minutes at the counter before someone could bother to come check me out, shouting "hello?" until I finally hunt... read more

Went in here today with a friend and i approached one of the workers to ask if she can price check an item since it was on clearance. She then proceeded to say “You can do that up front” very rudely. i was very confused because she already was price checking the holiday stuff to mark them down. Sorry you couldn’t take two seconds of your time to simply check a price. I put the item down and walked out. This is why i like Ulta better!
