Muy mala experiencia en la tienda de Sephora fui a comprar un perfume para mi esposo y la chica que nos atendió fue muy grosera como si le fueramos a pedir regalado el perfume . Y nos hizo más caras cuando busco en el cajón y no tenían ahí y tenía que ir a buscarlo a su bodega , bueno parecía como si le hubieran dicho que tenía que ir caminando hasta china. De verdad que chica tan grosera y creída como si ella fuera la dueña

Literally was waiting in line for 10 minutes worker sees me and keeps doing whatever it is she does seems like nothing ,never have anything stocked , employees suck and don’t even seem like they need to be there can’t wait for the real Sephora to open hopefully they hire better quality staff 🤷🏾♀️
Always the absolute worst customer service here. Extremely rude employees. Mis marked prices the list goes on and on. Not the first time, but I guess its my mistake for trying to give them another chance.
