I recently visited Sephora in downtown Dallas and had a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and assisted promptly by a friendly and helpful staff member. However, my visit to the Midland location was quite different. I went in for a color match and was told I’d be helped soon, but unfortunately, no one attended to me. When I asked for two small samples, I was informed I could only receive one, and the response felt a bit abrupt.I’ve had much better experiences at other Sephora stores.
they lack product not many things in stock
The WORST Sephora I have ever been to. Today when I went there were four employees just standing around the counter gossiping, no wonder the store is a mess. I have never been asked if I’ve needed help, and if you asked for help you get attitude. There were four other people in the store when I went and the employees couldn’t be bothered to ask if they needed help either, and yet wanted to complain about how it was a slow day
