You have to beg them to be at the location for either help or to check you out. Last time I waited over 20 minutes, after asking at Kohl’s employee to get someone to help me. No one ever showed up and I had to leave the store.

My name is Amanda. Im a 57 year old young women, and what I have just experienced at y’all’s so called establishment is unforgettable, unforgivable, and unspindled. I went with my 10 YEAR OLD Faith. First off, I couldn’t even find the Sephora! I walked for HOURS inside the Kohls. It STUNK inside. And my shin was throbbing in the most utmost pain after getting knee surgery. I had to walk so much! Not great! Seems like they treat some employees poorly. The issue that I encountered was that the management! Seems as though the management could take some more tips on professionalism and common courtesy. The one upside is that there was a very bright young woman at the register who was much more helpful and knowledgeable. This location needs an overhaul.

Employees never restock the shelves. Almost every time I’ve purchase here I’ve had to ask them to check the understock where the drawers are full of product and the shelves are bare. I also don’t know if they aren’t ordering product or if they just don’t get shipments but some things are never stocked, they just have the tester. I just tried to buy something that shows “stocked” online and was told that it was “out back” but they couldn’t get it without their lead who will be back in 4 days…so it’s just sitting there and rea... read more
