I had an employee say petty comments and he incredibly rude as i checked out, they asked if i wanted to sign up for the kohl’s membership. i politely declined as this is my FIRST ever time at sephora and kohl’s and i don’t live here. she then as i was leaving made a petty comment to her associate how i made her job HARDER. i’ve worked in retail im 23 i get it. i dont like when customers make my job harder but i was nothing but nice to her. i feel bad. she probably has a really sad life to act like that
Sales associates are ALWAYS so rude and dismissive. You are never acknowledged at all. Sales associates stay looking at their phones and don’t bother to help customers. I will never ever shop in this Sephora.
