Had such a great experience! I went into yesterday to pick up my birthday gift and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were so kind and made the whole experience really pleasant. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back!

We had a terrible experience with the manager sierra. We went to exchange a makeup pallet. Sierra had a terrible attitude helping us, we asked for her name and she refused to tell us and hid her name tag from us. she continued to shout at us trying to get help from another manager inside kohl’s. thank you to the manager that helped us. Sierra I hope you find a better job that you actually like!
