My daughter and I were in a good mood until we walked in this place. Two elderly women working, no one on the register. Saw us standing there, but one woman went to help someone else, and was falling all over stuff, in the process, and the other woman thought taking boxes to another location, was more important. Spent about 15 minutes waiting to be checked out. Were not greeted, or asked if we needed help finding anything.
Too expensive.
Rude staff, especially an older lady I believe named Marie. She didn’t try to help us look for a product, and once she rung us up she had snarky comments towards us
i was on hold for forever to ask about a product in stock. never answered, decided to go see if it was there, and it wasn’t. would’ve been a lot easier if they just answered the phone. lol
Oh my gosh this Sephora is so so so much better than the Collinsville Kohl's Sephora. Collinsville Sephora doesn't carry this skin product I use but I saw that they had it available at the Fairview Kohl's. I also discovered that they have way more Moroccanoil products than at the Collinsville store too. I only use their shampoo and conditioner and I always have a hard time finding it .
