Rude staff, especially an older lady I believe named Marie. She didn’t try to help us look for a product, and once she rung us up she had snarky comments towards us

i was on hold for forever to ask about a product in stock. never answered, decided to go see if it was there, and it wasn’t. would’ve been a lot easier if they just answered the phone. lol

Oh my gosh this Sephora is so so so much better than the Collinsville Kohl's Sephora. Collinsville Sephora doesn't carry this skin product I use but I saw that they had it available at the Fairview Kohl's. I also discovered that they have way more Moroccanoil products than at the Collinsville store too. I only use their shampoo and conditioner and I always have a hard time finding it . If you’re going to represent Sephora, you should ensure their products are stocked. Just about every black eye liner was out of stock and the associate was uncaring and unwilling to check if they had inventory or when the next shipment would arrive. Also, I felt like I was bothering her when I asked a question. In addition, the store was a bit of a mess. I will not shop at this location again. Sephora should think twice about renewing their contract in Fairview Heights at Kohl’s. You are risking your reputation.
