Love this Sephora! The employee Ivanka took the time to help me find everything I needed. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Would definitely 100% recommend.
Everytime im in here i have the worst experience. First time, i waited 10 min waiting at the register but here’s the thing, a worker was right behind me stocking something the entire time and i patiently waited for them to be done, 5 min goes by and i say im ready to check out and they said “ugh give me a minute”. They then plop everything on the ground and make a big stink about it. Second time, I’m checking out with my sister, and the cashier seemed to be new which is fine. GiGi is one of the coolest salespeople I have encountered anywhere. She is attentive and aware of everyone in the store without being intrusive. As soon as you need something, she is available. She has genuinely hospitable and positive energy and is a great asset to Sephora, and an overall bright light!
