The store is well taken care of but if you're male and are going for ANY REASON please don't expect the workers to help you without you asking for help. I went today looking for an eyeshadow pallet and wanted some advice but not once was I offered any kind of help. The employees didn't even look at me. Inexperienced. No customer service ..won't return
Lovely lady helped me do a return on a product when I accidentally got the wrong thing. However, she didn’t tell me I wouldn’t get my $10 rewards points back if I did the return. I’v never had to do this before so was really disappointed she didn’t let me know ahead of time:/ when I was confused why I was paying full price for the exchange/return is when she told me and it was already too late.
