Worker claims that she can't look up my item for a return but it claims on website I can. So your workers don't feel like doing their job. Don't buy here go to a actual Sephora location. Sephora get your stuff together and train your staff. I'm losing love for your brand because your employees would rather stand and chat then help. Super sweet staff! One of the cashiers was very sweet and asked me where my charm necklace was from and I couldn’t remember at the time but it is from Lucky Links! Hope she sees this!
Every time we visit this Sephora, they have the worst inventory ever. Nothing is ever in stock. We will be visiting a different one from now on.
