Worse .. they charged me for the product I never bought.. i realized after sometime .. I got 2 products but was charged for one additional .. I called to check but no help at all .. not even trying. Will never return back to this store again .. Pathetic customer care service..
I think her name was myesha but she was genuinely so sweet curly hair girl with a beautiful bright smile she was very sweet to me and my friend very helpful and just overall amazing just feel very comfortable, we will be coming back💗💗

Worker claims that she can't look up my item for a return but it claims on website I can. So your workers don't feel like doing their job. Don't buy here go to a actual Sephora location. Sephora get your stuff together and train your staff. I'm losing love for your brand because your employees would rather stand and chat then help. They stood in a busy store three talking together on 1-4-24 at 3:10pm and we're not helping customers.
