I’m so disappointed in the treatment of this Sephora. People are so snobby here. Ever since it moved out of JCPenney it’s no longer the same. I have been here twice to get samples and both times the lady acts like she doesn’t understand me and only gives me the samples she wants to give me like there’s a cut off on samples. (I only got 3!!!!! I wasn’t asking for much!) but she gave me 1 item I wanted and 2 items I didn’t like an orange foundation and a pink setting powder that I am most definitely not trying! How can you get kicked out for using a try me? I was using a try me eyeliner and some lady came up to me saying now she has to sterilize everything that touched my face I think the customer service at this Sephora needs to be fired!
